Golden Sahara

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 300mL filtered water

  • 100mL oat milk

  • ½ Tsp turmeric

  • A pinch of black pepper

  • A pinch of pink hymalayan salt

  • 1 Tbs carob molasses

Method

  1. In a pot, add the water, the oat milk, the turmeric, the black pepper and the salt, and bring to a boil

  2. When it’s boiling, remove from the heat and stir in the carob molasses
