Zaatar granola
Ingredients
100g gluten-free rolled oats
50g flaked almonds
50g crushed hazelnuts
50g dessicated coconut
30g pumpkin seeds
50g zaatar
2 Tbs coconut oil
4 Tbs maple syrup
Salt and pepper
Method
Preheat your oven to 160°C on rotating heat
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, the almonds, the hazelnuts, the coconut, the
pumpkin seeds and the zaatar
Then add the coconut oil and the maple syrup and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay the mixture on the tray
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then take them out, turn them around, and put
them back in the oven for another 20 minutes
Enjoy as breakfast or as a snack!
