Spiced nuts
Ingredients
200g mixed nuts – You can use almonds, cashews, walnuts…
1 Tsp coconut oil
1 Tsp ground coriander
1 Tsp rosemary
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp pink hymalayan salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C on rotating heat
In a bowl, mix together the ground coriander, the rosemary, the garlic powder, the black pepper and the pink hymalayan salt
Coat the nuts with the spice mix and the coconut oil
Line a roasting tray with parchment paper, lay the nuts in a single layer and roast them for 15 minutes
Once cool, keep the nuts in an air-tight container and snack on them when you get hungry
