Spiced nuts

Spiced nuts

Ingredients

  • 200g mixed nuts – You can use almonds, cashews, walnuts…

  • 1 Tsp coconut oil

  • 1 Tsp ground coriander

  • 1 Tsp rosemary

  • 1 Tsp garlic powder

  • 1 Tsp black pepper

  • 1 Tsp pink hymalayan salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C on rotating heat

  2. In a bowl, mix together the ground coriander, the rosemary, the garlic powder, the black pepper and the pink hymalayan salt

  3. Coat the nuts with the spice mix and the coconut oil

  4. Line a roasting tray with parchment paper, lay the nuts in a single layer and roast them for 15 minutes

  5. Once cool, keep the nuts in an air-tight container and snack on them when you get hungry
