Chai habib
Ingredients (serves 2)
500mL oat milk
1 red tea sachet
3 whole cloves
3 cardamom pods, cracked
A pinch of saffron
1 Tbs date syrup
Method
In a pot, bring the oat milk to a boil, then add the red tea sachet, the cloves, the cardamom pods and the saffron
Let it simmer on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the date syrup
Enjoy immediately!
