Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 500mL oat milk

  • 1 red tea sachet

  • 3 whole cloves

  • 3 cardamom pods, cracked

  • A pinch of saffron

  • 1 Tbs date syrup

Method

  1. In a pot, bring the oat milk to a boil, then add the red tea sachet, the cloves, the cardamom pods and the saffron

  2. Let it simmer on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the date syrup

  3. Enjoy immediately!
