The Sheikh Shake
Ingredients (serves 2)
500mL almond milk
One date, soaked
1 Tbs almond butter
1 Tbs flaxseeds
½ Tsp vanilla powder
A pinch of pink himalayan salt (or any unrefined salt)
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for around 1 minute or until you get a smooth texture
Sprinkle a little bit of vanilla powder on top of your smoothie to make it look fancy ;-)
Tip: You can add the flesh of half an avocado for a creamier texture.
Enjoy and drink it like a Sheikh!
