The Sheikh Shake

The Sheikh Shake

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 500mL almond milk

  • One date, soaked

  • 1 Tbs almond butter

  • 1 Tbs flaxseeds

  • ½ Tsp vanilla powder

  • A pinch of pink himalayan salt (or any unrefined salt)

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for around 1 minute or until you get a smooth texture

  2. Sprinkle a little bit of vanilla powder on top of your smoothie to make it look fancy ;-)

Tip: You can add the flesh of half an avocado for a creamier texture.

Enjoy and drink it like a Sheikh!
