Green garden smoothie

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 avocado

  • Juice of ½ grapefruit

  • A handful of fresh coriander

  • 2 Tbs maple syrup

  • A pinch of pink hymalayan salt

  • 300mL filtered water (preferably cold)

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for around 1 minute or until you get a smooth texture

  2. Enjoy immediately!
